The above photo demonstrates a theme new to the show this year. The idea is to create new styles based of famous works of art - in the above photo's case the work being portrayed is Josef Albers's 1959 piece "Homage To The Square: Solstice." There were plenty of designers willing to try their hand at recreating the famous works. Our favorite is Duro Olowu's portrayal of Egon Schiele's painting,
"Self -Portrait with Peacock Waistcoat, Standing" (pictured below).
