As it turns out, Dedictation 4, isn't that bad, but it also isn't anything incredible. What you get here is typical Wayne rhymes over currently fresh tracks. 'Lil Tunechi' raps over the beats to "Mercy," "Amen," "Burn," and "I Don't Like" most effectively, and it's most likely these will be the only tracks you find yourself caring about when the 15 track mixtape runs its course. Ultimately this mixtape makes us want to listen to the original versions of the tracks being remixed. It's a solid effort by Lil Wayne and fans are sure to appreciate it, but in the end its an unfortunately forgetful mixtape. We were hoping to get some old-school Wayne on this, but that's just not the case.
