When an unsigned artist drops new material it hardly makes waves, but when Keem de la Soul dropped Dimensions last year the hip-hop community took notice. From the outset, the album (mixtape?) pulls the listener into - are you ready for this - another dimension; lyrically that is. Track to track Keem proves his newness to the game has little to no bearing on his talent. Dimensions is a lyrical epic that continually offers something deeper than much of what hip-hop has given us this past year. If you're looking for a new MC to get behind then look no further; Keem de la Soul is easily one of hip-hops biggest secret weapons.
