Luxury watch-maker Roger Dubuis introduced a stunning new collection at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) show this year. Called Pulsion, each piece is distinguished by a unique sapphire crystal. The crystals are screwed down, extending over the sides of the case to serve as a bezel. Numbers indicating minutes are engraved beneath the crystal and enhanced with a luminescent material. The Pulsion collection combines a dynamic touch with the strength expected from Roger Dubuis pieces. The watches are daringly bold in design and perfect examples of the complexity of contemporary haute horlogerie; truly something to behold.
